Orders:
All in stock items ship within 2 days. Pre-order items have a lead time of up to 8 weeks. If you've ordered multiple items, we will ship together, unless otherwise requested via email.

Returns:
In stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Pre-order items and sale items are FINAL SALE. Jewelry must be in original condition, unworn and tags attached. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, minus shipping fees.

Shipping:
Brooke Rayn offers free two day shipping on all US orders. Orders are shipped via our insurance provider and require a signature upon delivery. International shipping is available plus an additional fee. International orders are final sale. 

Taxes:
Brooke Rayn charges sales tax on all items shipped within the State of California, based on city guidelines. All orders shipped outside of California are not liable for sales tax.

Some items may appear larger or smaller in photos. Please review the measurements and sizes provided. Photos may be enlarged or enhanced. Each natural stone is one of a kind and may vary slightly item to item. All weights provided are approximate and may be within .08ct of stated weight. All measurement of products and chains are approximate. Diamond weight for rings is based on standard size and may vary with each ring size. Prices are subject to change at any time. Brooke Rayn reserves the right to correct any pricing or product errors. Should any information on this website be incorrect due to pricing or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel any order or correct the information.
